Mr. Saroj Kumar Agarwal

Mr. Saroj Kumar Agarwal, Chairman of Rausheena Group, comes from an open minded middle-class family. He studied at Birla Public School, Pilani and passed out with distinction. His resilience and dedication helped him top his batch in Economics and Financial Management at Rajasthan University.

A self-made man, he set off to fulfil his aspirations at the age of 19. He interned as an accountant in Jaipur while pursuing graduation. He often says “every challenge is an opportunity.” That attitude helped his bootstrapped company grow into a business conglomerate.

A mountain climbing enthusiast, he has many stories to tell and often speaks of enriching experiences from childhood. He continues to excel through discipline and compassion, with a passion for improving society.
