Assessment at regular intervals helps in identifying the learning progress of students and helps to build on the individual child’s progress and development. At Sri Sri Academy, the Best Coed Boarding School in Siliguri, we follow the assessment system in compliance with the assessment pattern introduced by CBSE.
Each academic session is divided into two or more terms. During each term there are regular cumulative assessments followed by term evaluation. Assignments and projects are regularly given to assess the knowledge of the students.
Pre Primary:
There is no formal examination for students of Nursery – SrKG. The children are evaluated on regular observation and class Assessment.
Primary / Senior School :
Student progress is evaluated through assignments, weekly tests, Project etc. Term-I and Term-II include Periodical Test, subject enrichment activities, maintenance of notebooks, regularity in completion and submission of homework and end-of-term written examination.
